We welcome small groups of individuals and families from a minimum of 8 persons to a maximum of 60 persons any day of the week and for a reasonable period of time!

The Villa is open right through the week.

We require you to reach the villa anytime in the day from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm

Charges: From the 1^st of April 2022, Rs. 950/- per adult per day, Plus 12% GST (24 hrs from Check-in) Children (2 – 9 years):  Rs. 600/- per child, Plus 12% GST. Bookings are confirmed once payment is made.

Refund: In case of cancellation of a booking, 20% of the amount paid will be deducted and the remaining will be refunded by cheque or electronic transfer.

We request you to pay close attention to all the guidelines mentioned on this website put into place by the Villa Management.

SMALL GROUP BOOKINGS

All the rooms made available during these times of the pandemic are Self-Contained Rooms. We will not make available the non-self contained rooms or the dormitory.

Rate: Self-Contained rooms
For Adults: Rs. 950/- per day, Plus 12% GST
For Children: Rs. 600/- per day, Plus 12% GST (2 – 9 years)

Note: We require that each guest read the ‘Guest Declaration Prior To Visiting’

Day = Breakfast, Lunch, Tea & Dinner, and of course, your stay for the night.

For Payment: You will need to pay a minimum of 50% of the amount as Advance. The cancellation charge is 20% of the total amount payable. A full list of the names of those coming is required.  An Official receipt will be issued on the full amount.

Payment mode: Cheque or Net Banking.

Carry along: your Bed linen (bed sheet, bedcover & pillowcase), towel, toilet articles and mosquito repellent. While we do provide blankets, you may want to bring your own during these Covid times.
