CHARGES FOR ACCOMODATION (24 hours)

For Family, Friends, Youth Camps, Parish Picnics and Groups

Adults: Rs. 600/- per adult per day (including 12% GST)  

Children (2 – 9 years):  Rs. 450/- per child (including 12% GST).   

Bookings for Accommodation are confirmed once payment is made.

ONE DAY PICNIC (Morning to Evening)

Parish groups / staff groups / youth groups are welcome for a one-day picnic.  

Rs. 300 (including 12% GST) per head  (All ages)

One room will be provided for every 10 people in the group.

Extra rooms will be charged @ Rs. 500 (plus GST) per room.

STUDENT / CHILDREN’S CAMPS

Rs. 350/- per child/student per day (including 12% GST)  

FOOD OPTIONS:  Onsite Caterer – Mr. Raju

Meal Plan @ Rs. 600/- per head for adults and Rs. 400/- per head for children below 9 years.  

This includes breakfast, lunch, evening tea, dinner (if staying overnight).

 A-la-carte options are available and these need to be discussed directly with the Caterer.

CARRY ALONG

Your Bed linen (bed sheet, bedcover & pillowcase), towel, toilet articles and mosquito repellent. While we do provide blankets, you may want to bring your own. 

PAYMENT FOR ACCOMODATION

You will need to pay a minimum of 50% of the amount as Advance. 

The cancellation charge is 20% of the total amount payable. 

A full list of the names of those coming is required.  

An Official receipt will be issued on the full amount.

REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation of a booking, 20% of the amount paid will be deducted and the remaining will be refunded by cheque or electronic transfer.
